Build skills and confidence to react effectively and efficiently in an emergency situation. Our courses are based on accepted international standards and will teach you how to perform well in an emergency. You will Learn to preform CPR, the chocking procedure, how to use an AED, and signs and symptoms of a heart attack and a stroke.

CPR & AED Courses are open to anyone. You do not need to be a member of canfitpro to register.

What?

CPR A with AED is a 3.5 hour course with both a in class and practical component.  Your certification is good for 3 years.  Our CPR & AED courses were developed in accordance with the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) Consensus on Science and meet workplace safety insurance requirements.
