The Benefits of Red Light

For example; it is beneficial for
Joint pain, Osteoarthritis, Sore muscles, Inflammation, Ligament and tendon injuries, Strains and sprains, Pain, Tendonitis, and Bursitis
How To Add Red Light to your Massage
Option 1: include 10-15 min dedicated red light, at no extra cost, during your regular massage time. eg) a 60min massage would be 10-15 min dedicated red light and 45-50min massage
Option 2: add 10min dedicated red light to your massage time for $10 (including HST). eg) a 60min massage would now be 70min long with 60min massage and 10min dedicated red light
For Muscle, Joint, Ligament issues: I recommend adding the red light prior to massage
For General Wellness, sleep, skin issues: I recommend adding the red light to the end of your massage
Red light therapy is backed by decades of research and application. It’s an innovative and widely adopted wellness intervention that enhances overall well-being, performance, and appearance. Originally studied by NASA for its potential in space, light therapy has since become a go-to technology for supporting a variety of health and wellness goals.
