Initial Programming
This is a one-time fee; we meet and learn all about each other, we discuss goals, background, and physical readiness.  We go through mutually agreed-on assessments, baseline measures, movements, flexibility, and strength metrics, as well as some exercises to determine a good starting point for you and also what you like to do.
This also includes your personalized program binder (yours to keep) which includes all your baselines, your full training program, some generalized nutrition information, and any other information that I feel you would need to refer to, as well as the first-month gym membership to Iron Valley
